Toronto FC has shipped midfielder Richard Mulrooney to Houston in exchange for Kevin Goldthwaite and the Dynamo's first round pick in the 2008 draft. Toronto pulled the trigger on the deal just a day after trading for RBNY's Marvell Wynne.
It looks like Mo Johnston is serious about getting this team some defensive help. TFC has given up six goals this year, which also happens to be six more than they've scored.

I don't see how a guy that has played less than 1,000 minutes over 3 MLS seasons ans less than 10 career starts is going to help the terrible Toronto defense. Houston got a deal!
